Raw Fruit and Nut Dessert Balls

This is one of my favorite and simple gluten free raw deserts. I created this recipe myself. See the recipie below! Enjoy

1 bag of organic appricots

2 cups of nuts or seeds ground, this one has almonds

1 small jar of tahini

1 dash of salt

1 tsp of pure vanilla extract

1 bag of unsweetened coconut

Aguve or honey to taste

Add all ingredients together, save a bit of coconut for decorating the ourside.

Taste

Roll in to balls

Refrigerate or eat, best kept in frige, mine never make it past a week so I don't know how long they stay fresh.
