You will participate in Therapeutic Self Reflection Exercises to learn how to analyze your self and find the areas in yourself that need improvement or strengthening and will address “how to” improve and strengthen those areas that you identify need healing.



The Sacredness of Self

Here you will learn to turn inward to seek and Find Your Spiritual Self to assist you in maintaining the peace you need every day of your life to stay emotionally healthy forever, and or learn how to regain your emotional stability quickly after impact or injury. Wouldn’t that be great? Sounds great to me.




The Rundown. You will learn scientifically proven spiritual techniques to manage your emotional life that will support you for years even decades to come.

Why this Class is Important

Many adults are living and working marrying and engaging in everyday life while living with unhealed emotional pain and expecting our lives to work.  Situations like physical and sexual abuse, abandonment, incest and rape, divorce, infidelity, abandonment, rejection, and chronic anger issues and more.

Understanding your Emotions and Emotional Pain Body and Your Emotional Life is important to your short- and long-term goals, happiness and success in all areas of your family, work, and life. Emotional stress can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior in negative ways.

Emotional Triggers

When you have not healed an aspect of yourself, spontaneous emotional triggers can set you off and put you in an emotional crises at work, home or at a social event at any point in our lives.

Being able to understand and recognize common emotional stress triggers and symptoms can help you manage or alleviate them.

Unhealthy or negative emotions that are left unchecked can also contribute to many health problems, such as stress, high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.

Stress may be affecting your health, long before you realize it, causing you headaches,  frequent insomnia, decreased productivity at home and work, emotional outburst and tiredness. However, emotional tension and unresolved traumas can actually be the cause.

Stress can come from the past or present. Not addressing those issues and or not having the support and education you need during stressful times and situations or simply not knowing what to do to relieve your emotional triggers becomes more problematic over time.

Your Emotional Wellness

Working on yourself is always spiritual work. The Personal Freedom Center is here to help you learn to Understand Your Emotional Life using spiritual principles.

In my upcoming Emotional Wellness Class, we’ll explore healthy ways to manage stress. You’ll be able to learn techniques to balance your activity and emotions and manage situations to avoid emotional overload or breakdowns.

This class will teach you skills you can use throughout your life and teach your children and or loved ones. Group coaching provides synergistic healing meaning, you also learn from others' stories and experiences.


If you’re currently having physical symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, jaw or back pain, pain radiating into your shoulder and arm, sweating, dizziness, or nausea. These may be warning signs of a heart attack and not simply stress symptoms.
